Mr. Sang-Wook Han of Kim & Chang participated as lecturer in a seminar of the Association for Research on Theories and Practice of intellectual Property Law.

Mr. Han gave a presentation on legislative amendments to the Court Organization Act and Patent Law.

The seminar was held at the Patent Court of Korea in Daejon on April 27, 2015.

Participating experts in the field of intellectual property law shared their knowledge and experience on the globalization of patent disputes.
