In June 2017, Shinhan BNPP A-KOF Private Real Estate Trust (operated by Shinhan BNP Paribas Asset Management Co., Ltd.) sold Signature Tower, one of downtown Seoul’s major office buildings, to a private real estate fund (IGIS Private Qualified Investor Fund Real Estate Trust No. 130) established by Korea’s IGIS Asset Management Co., Ltd.

At KRW 726 billion, the sale and purchase of Signature Tower was the biggest deal among Korean commercial real estate transactions in the first half of 2017.
