At the Asia Legal Awards 2023, a deal advised by Kim & Chang (LG Energy Solution’s IPO to list its shares on the KOSPI Market) was awarded the “Securities Deal of the Year” recognition.  Moreover, Mr. Jae Hong Jung, an attorney at our firm, was recognized as the “ESG Lawyer of the Year.”

About the Asia Legal Awards:  The American Lawyer (ALM), a leading US legal publication, annually hosts the Asia Legal Awards.  The awards select and celebrate law firms, lawyers, deals and in-house teams that have displayed excellence during the past year.  This year’s awards ceremony was held in Singapore on March 30, 2023.
