Kim & Chang received the “Arbitration Award” at the Korea Legal Awards hosted by Money Today, a leading Korean economic newspaper.

The Korea Legal Awards evaluated litigation, advisory and arbitration cases based on the following criteria: innovative approach, significance of case and degree of public contribution.

Kim & Chang's International Arbitration & Cross-Border Litigation Practice was recognized for successfully defending a Korean shipyard in an SCC arbitration and interim relief governed by CISG and seated in Stockholm, Sweden, against an Italian entity.  This award demonstrates outstanding expertise of our firm’s arbitration practice and practitioners.
