Asialaw Client Service Excellence 2020: Asialaw, an affiliate of global media company Euromoney, surveyed buyers of legal services in the Asia-Pacific region on the quality of service provided by law firms and lawyers. Law firms were rated on client management, fees and billing, firm setup, and knowledge while lawyers were rated on client management, knowledge and communication. Only law firms and lawyers with the highest overall aggregate scores were included in the survey results.
