Kim & Chang was named the “Best M&A Legal Advisor” in the 2019 Korea Capital Markets thebell League Table Awards, which was hosted by Money Today thebell, a leading capital markets media in Korea.  

Following a vibrant year, the 2018 Korean M&A market saw record-high performance in both the amount and the number of cases.  Kim & Chang showed outstanding performance in 2018, having advised on the Toshiba memory business transaction ("Best Acquisition Deal by Large Corporations"), as well as on the acquisition of SK Shipping by Hahn & Company, and BHC’s M&A deal ("Best Private Equity Deals").
