Kim & Chang has won Winning Deals in the Asian-MENA Counsel Deals of the Year 2014 for its involvement in ‘Acquisition of ING Life Insurance Korea by MBK Partners’, ‘Acquisition of Oriental Brewery by Anheuser-Busch’ and ‘Acquisition of Goodpack Ltd by Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co.’  The firm has also won Honorable Mentions for its work on ‘Joint venture between Caesars Entertainment and Lippo Group’ and ‘Surgil gas progect finance’.
