Sae Youn Kim of Kim & Chang’s International Arbitration & Cross-Border Litigation Practice was again recognized by Benchmark Litigation as one of “Asia-Pacific’s Top 100 Women in Litigation.”

Ms. Kim is currently actively serving as a court member of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (“SIAC”), a court member of the Swiss Arbitration Centre and a council member of the Mumbai Centre for International Arbitration (“MCIA”), earning recognition for her expertise in international dispute matters in various industries. She has also served as the first female Korean attorney to serve as a court member of the International Chamber of Commerce’s ICC International Court of Arbitration and the president of the Korean Council for International Arbitration (“KOCIA”).
