Byung-Chol (B.C.) Yoon, a member of Kim & Chang’s International Arbitration & Cross-Border Litigation Practice, participated in the 60th Anniversary Ceremony of the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board (“KCAB”) held on March 27, 2026.
The seminar, attended by key figures from international arbitral institutions and law firms, featured in-depth discussions on the declaration of the KCAB’s new future vision, the promotion of the arbitration industry and the need for establishing a next-generation international arbitration ecosystem.
Mr. Yoon, as a panelist, shared key challenges and implementation strategies for building a next-generation international arbitration ecosystem. In particular, Mr. Yoon emphasized the vital importance of close collaboration among experts and the establishment of systematic response strategies to enhance the industry’s global competitiveness and develop practical growth blueprints.
