Byung-Chol (B.C.) Yoon, a member of Kim & Chang’s International Arbitration & Cross-Border Litigation Practice, participated as a speaker during the Paris Arbitration Week 2026, which was held from March 23 to 27, 2026.
 

• March 24: “South Korea 360: Insights from Asia’s Fast-Growing Arbitration Market” seminar co-hosted by the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board (“KCAB”) and Clifford Chance

• March 25: “East meets West: Contemporary Trends in International Arbitration” seminar co-hosted by the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board (“KCAB”) and Vanguard International Dispute Resolution
   

Mr. Yoon is actively involved in the international arbitration community, currently serving as a Court Member of the Abu Dhabi International Arbitration Centre (“arbitrateAD”) and a member of the International Chamber of Commerce’s Commission on Arbitration and ADR.
