Dami Park, a member of Kim & Chang’s International Arbitration & Cross-Border Litigation Practice, participated in the “Navigating Disputes in the Middle East” seminar hosted by KCAB International on March 13, 2026.
As Korean commercial interests expand across the Middle East, the seminar featured in-depth discussions on analyzing the rapidly changing legal landscape and exploring comprehensive strategies to manage and resolve cross-border disputes between Korea and the Middle East.
Ms. Park, as a panelist, highlighted key legal risks and essential considerations for businesses operating in the Middle East. In light of the escalating conflicts following the recent US-Iran situation, Ms. Park discussed strategic responses to various legal risks, including construction delays, surging logistics costs and supply chain disruptions caused by local lockdowns.
