Byung-Chol (B.C.) Yoon and Sae Youn Kim, members of Kim & Chang’s International Arbitration & Cross-Border Litigation Practice, participated as speakers in the “Launch of the 2026 KCAB International Arbitration Rules: Key Changes and Practical Insights” seminar, hosted by KCAB International on December 11, 2025.

The seminar focused on the key amendments to the recently revised KCAB International Arbitration Rules, as well as innovations aimed at enhancing efficiency and flexibility.

During the sessions, Mr. Yoon and Ms. Kim discussed specific measures to streamline arbitration proceedings and increase procedural efficiency. Furthermore, Mr. Yoon and Ms. Kim shared in-depth analyses of the practical implications the amended rules will have on actual case management and arbitration strategies.
