Sae Youn Kim and Byung-Woo Im, members of Kim & Chang’s International Arbitration & Cross-Border Litigation Practice, participated as speakers in the “Strengthening Business and Legal Cooperation: Korea and Hong Kong” workshop, co-hosted by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Korea (“KMOJ”) and the Department of Justice of Hong Kong (“DOJ”) on October 24, 2025.

The workshop covered the latest key legal issues, including corporate investment and expansion between Korea and Hong Kong, as well as dispute resolution systems.

Mr. Im participated as a panelist in session one, discussing “Korea – Hong Kong Business Exchange and Opportunity Exploration.” Ms. Kim chaired session two and led the discussion on “Guide to Dispute Resolution for Companies Entering the Hong Kong Market.”
