Harold Noh, a member of Kim & Chang’s International Arbitration & Cross-Border Litigation Practice, participated in the GAR Live Hong Kong conference held on October 23, 2025.

The conference was held in conjunction with the Hong Kong Arbitration Week 2025, featuring informative discussions on navigating trade conflicts, the outlook for civil law disputes, and trends in Private Equity (“PE”) disputes.

Mr. Noh attended the session on civil law disputes as a panelist, where he shared practical know-how on various topics. These included the definition of civil law disputes, typical choice of law and forum clauses, preferred seats of arbitration, procedural characteristics and considerations, and the selection of arbitrators.
