At the eighth annual asialaw Awards, Kim & Chang received four awards in total, including the “South Korea Firm of the Year” award.

We obtained the “Impact Deal and Case of the Year” award for advising on the merger between SK Innovation and SK E&S. Additionally, in the Client Choice Awards, which are awarded based on client feedback, attorney Jong-Won Jeon was named as the “South Korea Lawyer of the Year” and our firm was recognized as the “South Korea Honourable Mention Firm,” obtaining recognition for providing high-quality services to clients.
