Byung-Chol (B.C.) Yoon, a member of Kim & Chang’s International Arbitration & Cross-Border Litigation Practice, participated in the seminar on the 2025 International Arbitration Survey, hosted by White & Case.
The seminar was held based on the results of an international arbitration survey conducted by White & Case and Queen Mary University of London (“QMUL”), titled “The Path Forward: Realities and Opportunities in Arbitration,” which focuses on the current status and future directions of international arbitration.
Mr. Yoon participated as a panelist to discuss recent trends in international arbitration, preferred arbitration institutions and venues, the efficiency of international arbitration and issues related to the enforcement of arbitral awards. Additionally, he engaged in an in-depth discussion on the potential applications of artificial intelligence in international arbitration, including the issues AI may raise within arbitration procedures.
