Byung-Chol (B.C.) Yoon and Sae Youn Kim, members of Kim & Chang’s International Arbitration & Cross-Border Litigation Practice, participated as speakers in the “Navigating the SIAC Rules 7th Edition: Insights from the Registrar and Court” seminar hosted by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (“SIAC”) and the Korean Council for International Arbitration (“KOCIA”).
Recently appointed as a court member of the SIAC, Ms. Kim participated as an opening speaker and panelist to discuss the key amendments to the SIAC International Arbitration Rules. Additionally, Mr. Yoon delivered the closing remarks, emphasizing the significance of these amendments for Korean businesses in resolving international disputes.
