Byung-Chol (B.C.) Yoon, a member of Kim & Chang’s International Arbitration & Cross-Border Litigation Practice, participated in the seminar on how to promote the arbitration industry, jointly hosted by the Korean Association of Arbitration Studies (the “KAAS”), the Korean Arbitrators Association, Inc., and the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board (the “KCAB”) on March 7.

The seminar featured four presentations and panel discussions centered on the Second Basic Plan for Promoting the Arbitration Industry and strategies to enhance both domestic and international arbitration.

Mr. Yoon specifically addressed the “Second Basic Plan for Promoting the Arbitration Industry and Its Direction.” He emphasized the importance of enhancing practical knowledge through promotional activities, strengthening the capabilities of arbitration centers and creating an arbitration-friendly environment.
