Sae Youn Kim, a member of Kim & Chang’s International Arbitration & Cross-Border Litigation Practice, was appointed as a court member of the Court of Arbitration of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (the “SIAC”).

The SIAC is one of the world’s leading arbitral institutions, providing a forum for dispute resolution proceedings. Ms. Kim is the first Korean female attorney to serve as a member of its Court of Arbitration and is currently the only Korean attorney among the court members.

Ms. Kim served as a court member of the Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce and is currently the president of the Korean Council for International Arbitration and a member of the Arbitration Court of the Swiss Arbitration Centre.
