Kim & Chang was awarded the “Jurisdictional Firm of the Year: South Korea” recognition at the IFLR Asia-Pacific Awards 2025. This award is given to one law firm in each jurisdiction that has engaged in the most innovative cross-border transactions in the Asia-Pacific region. Kim & Chang was once again named as the leading law firm in Korea, having received this recognition 23 times in total since 2002, establishing its reputation as a leading innovative law firm in Korea. In the deal award category, our firm obtained the “Deals of the Year: Private Equity” recognition for its participation in Archimed’s acquisition of equity interests in Jeisys Medical (joint winner). Moreover, in the individual award category, attorney Chae Yeon An was selected as a “Rising Star – APAC headquartered firm,” obtaining recognition for her exceptional performance.
