Hyungkeun Lee and Harold Noh, members of Kim & Chang’s International Arbitration & Cross-Border Litigation Practice, participated as speakers in the “The Tomorrow of Arbitration: Efficiency, Integrity, and Diversity” seminar hosted by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (the “HKIAC”) on September 5, 2024.

The seminar invited renowned international arbitrators and legal professionals from major international law firms as speakers.

Mr. Lee participated as a panel in the “Arbitration Involving Sanctions” session, explaining the ramifications of economic sanctions on international arbitration and effective ways to manage the legal risks arising from economic sanctions. Mr. Noh also attended as a panel in the “Navigating the 2024 HKIAC Rules” session, addressing key changes in the 2024 HKIAC Rules.
