On June 27, 2024, Joel E. Richardson, a member of Kim & Chang’s International Arbitration & Cross-Border Litigation Practice, participated as one of the panelists at a seminar co-hosted by the International Chamber of Commerce’s Young Arbitration and ADR Forum (the “ICC YAAF”) and KCAB Next.

In the seminar, titled “Career Development as Arbitration Lawyer in Korea,” international arbitration practitioners discussed helpful tips on how to develop one’s career as an arbitration lawyer in Korea. Mr. Richardson, co-chair of the KCAB Next Steering Committee, participated in the session regarding tips on oral advocacy.

In addition, Ms. Shul Park, also a member of our firm’s International Arbitration & Cross-Border Litigation Practice, presented closing remarks and ended her term as the ICC YAAF Regional Representative of the North Asia Chapter.
