Asia Business Law Journal published an article about webinars on “Key Issues Related to ESG” co-hosted by the Korean In-house Counsel Association (“KICA”) and the In-house Counsel Forum (“IHCF”).  Yoon Jeong Lee, a member of Kim & Chang’s Environment Practice, and Min Young Oh, a member of Kim & Chang’s Energy Practice, participated as speakers at one of the webinars.  On September 16, 2021, Ms. Lee discussed legal issues and disputes involving carbon neutrality, and Mr. Oh spoke on the topics of RE 100 and energy transformation related to ESG.
