On October 16, 2020, Han Sup Song, an attorney at Kim & Chang’s Health Practice and a licensed medical doctor, spoke at the 72nd Annual Meeting of the Korean Urological Association held in conjunction with the 18th Urological Association of Asia Congress.
Presenting on “Drug Rebates That Doctors Should Know,” Mr. Song introduced drug rebate cases that doctors should be aware of and discussed how doctors can avoid noncompliance with relevant medical laws.
