On June 11, 2019, Kyson Keebong Paek, an attorney in Kim & Chang’s Anti-Corruption & Corporate Compliance Practice, gave a lecture at the Global Commercial Professionals Program hosted by Sungkyunkwan University Law School. 

Speaking on “Global Compliance Risks: A Focus on the US FCPA,” Mr. Paek emphasized the need for global leading companies to reinforce their compliance management system and discussed recent FCPA enforcement trends and cases, the UK Bribery Act, and the importance of compliance.
