On November 27, 2018, Kyson Keebong Paek, a Kim & Chang attorney, lectured at the seventh Global Commercial Professional Program, hosted by Sungkyungkwan University Law School. 

Mr. Paek taught on the “Foreign Anti-corruption Legislations and the Importance of Corporate Compliance.”  Emphasizing the need for leading global businesses to strengthen corporate compliance systems, he also discussed recent trends and examples of the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (“FCPA”), the UK Bribery Act, and the importance of compliance.
