On June 14, 2018, Liz Kyo-Hwa Chung and Ji Hwan Kim, members of Kim & Chang’s International Arbitration & Cross-Border Litigation Practice, participated in the YSIAC Seoul Workshop 2018. 

Ms. Chung spoke on a panel discussion, while Mr. Kim played the role of a respondent’s counsel in a mock hearing.

Organized for young practitioners by the SIAC (Singapore International Arbitration Centre), this workshop focused on “Disclosure and Document Production in International Arbitration.”  The workshop included a panel discussion among established international arbitration practitioners and a mock hearing on document production.
