Myungsuk Sean Choi, Hankyu Kim and Inje Kang, members of Kim & Chang’s Anti-Corruption & Corporate Compliance Practice, participated in the 2018 IHCF Healthcare Sector Seminar, which was hosted by the In-House Counsel Forum (IHCF).

At the event, Mr. Kim presented on “Regulatory Trends in the Healthcare Industry and Corporate Responses: Introduction of Anti-corruption Management System (ISO 37001).”  In his presentation, Mr. Kim examined recent trends in illegal rebate regulations in the healthcare industry, and provided thoughts on what companies can do to be compliant with illegal rebate regulations – i.e., prevent illegal rebate through adopting the ISO 37001 certification and strengthening the company’s compliance system.
