On November 28, 2017, Jong Kwang Lee of Kim & Chang participated in a panel discussion at the 6th Panel on “Long-lasting Business Cultivation and Family Business Succession of Midsize Companies.”  

Mr. Lee participated in a lively debate on the issues of and effective solutions for business succession at midsize companies.  Among other points, he urged for institutional improvement on family business succession through the utilization of public-benefit corporation as it is done in countries like the US, Japan, and Germany.

The panel discussion was hosted by the Association of High Potential Enterprise of Korea, and the event was attended by more than 100 CEOs, executives, and academic professionals.
