On February 24, 2017, Mr. Dong Wook Kim, an attorney, presented at “2016 Tax Law Trends and Review of Tax Cases” symposium. 

Hosted by the Korean Tax Law Association, Mr. Kim reviewed recent Korean Supreme Court cases interpreting the Corporate Tax Act and the Income Tax Act.  Alongside Mr. Kim, who were invited to speak at the event were a Supreme Court Research Judge and two professors.
