Jong Bum Kim is an attorney at Kim & Chang. Using his extensive experience in courts, Mr. Kim specialized in criminal defense, corporate and M&A, banking, securities and finance, administrative and public law, and constitutional litigation.

Prior to joining Kim & Chang, Mr. Kim served in Korean judiciary for 16 years, as a judge in various courts including the Seoul Central District Court and Seoul Administrative Court and then as a presiding judge in the Tongyeong Branch of Changwon District Court. During his tenure, he accumulated diverse experiences in civil, criminal, administrative (employment) and family affairs litigation. He also served as a constitutional rapporteur judge in the Constitutional Court of Korea and was engaged in investigation and research concerning the deliberation and adjudication of cases.
