Eric Minkyoo Lee is a foreign attorney at Kim & Chang’s Labor & Employment Practice. Mr. Lee primarily advises multinational corporations on domestic and international labor and employment matters.
Mr. Lee supports employers across the entire employment cycle, from hiring through termination, covering matters such as performance management, disciplinary issues, leave management, and the enforcement of restrictive covenants. He also has extensive experience in large-scale corporate restructuring, early retirement programs, and labor-management relations. Mr. Lee has particular depth on high-profile individual employee separations and workplace investigations.
Prior to joining Kim & Chang, Mr. Lee worked at the Labor Bureau of the New York State Attorney General’s Office, where he handled workplace-related investigations and prosecutions. He also worked as an international employment law attorney at Ogletree Deakins, where he advised multinational clients with cross-border operations on all aspects of managing international workforces.
Mr. Lee received his J.D. from Columbia Law School in 2018 and his B.A. from Wesleyan University in 2011. He is admitted to the New York bar.
