On July 14, 2021, Kim & Chang hosted a live webinar under the title of “Serious Accidents Punishment Act’s Issues and Responses – Analysis & Companies’ Response Strategies in Light of Proposed Enforcement Decree of Serious Accidents Punishment Act.” 

This webinar was prepared for relevant business managers to easily understand the contents of the proposed Enforcement Decree of the Serious Accidents Punishment Act, and our office’s occupational safety and health experts Sun Ha Kweon, Hyeong Jun Hwang and In Hwan Jun participated as speakers and Seon Yeong Kwon as the moderator.

During the webinar, the three speakers explained the contents of the proposed Enforcement Decree and discussed how companies can ensure the safety and health of the workplace to prevent serious industrial accidents as well as serious public accidents.
