On March 3, 2021, Eun Young Park, the co-chair of Kim & Chang’s International Arbitration & Cross-Border Litigation Practice, spoke at a webinar hosted by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (“HKIAC”).

At this webinar titled “The Two E’s: the Efficiency and Effectiveness of International Arbitration with HKIAC,” internationally renowned arbitrators, including Dr. Park, discussed effective case management in international arbitration with HKIAC.

Dr. Park shared techniques and practical tips to consider at key stages of international arbitration and also discussed how to conduct effective advocacy.
