On November 26, 2020, Duck Soon Chang, a member of Kim & Chang’s Intellectual Property Practice, spoke at a webinar headlined “South Korean-German Legal Dialogue on IP Law.”

At the webinar, Mr. Chang presented on “Patent Litigation in Korea” featuring notable statistics, overview and characteristics, along with comparisons with the German system. 

Jointly hosted by the Korean Bar Association and Federal Bar Association of Germany (Bundesrechtsanwaltskammer, BRAK) to share key issues and developments of Korean and German IP laws, the webinar was well-received as an opportune platform for in-depth discussion and cooperation.
