On August 20, 2020, two members of Kim & Chang—Sang Hun (Andrew) Lee, a patent attorney in the Intellectual Property Practice and Heeyong Daniel Jang, a foreign attorney in the Anti-Corruption & Corporate Compliance Practice and International Arbitration & Cross-Border Litigation Practice—were invited to speak at an online webinar organized by LexisNexis, a leading global media group.

Under the topic of “ITC Section 337 Investigations and Case Studies of Korean Companies,” Mr. Lee and Mr. Jang presented on overview and procedures of the ITC litigation system, its unique aspects, and practical tips and considerations, along with case studies of Korean companies.  IP practitioners and industry delegates from various companies welcomed the webinar as a great opportunity to keep up to date with recent IP trends and dispute resolution measures.
