Kim & Chang advised Affirma Capital Managers Korea (“Affirma Capital”) on its acquisition of new shares of T Map Mobility, which was newly established as a result of the split-off of SK Telecom’s mobility division.

T Map Mobility is a company that operates mobility businesses such as T Map and T Map Taxi.  We assisted the decision-making process in the investments by providing accurate information regarding the company’s current and future business through a detailed analysis of the rapidly changing regulations.  In addition, considering that this area of business requires strategic alliance and collaboration with various affiliates of the largest shareholder, we provided legal advice to protect the rights of the minority investor under the agreement.
